All of our massage services take place at Waterloo Farm Wellness in Arlesey, on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire boarder. In person training is within a 5 mile radius of Stotfold, Hertfordshire. Or they take place via video call in the comfort of your own home.
Traditional Sports Massage

Offered in 60 and 90 minute treatments.

Postnatal Core Rehab Program

The postnatal Core Rehab program is designed to help mums rebuild and strengthen their core after pregnancy in a safe, supportive, and flexible environment. Available both in person (within 5 mile radius of Stotfold, Hertfordshire) or online, this 6 session program focuses on addressing common postnatal issues, including:

Each session is child and baby friendly - so no need for a babysitter - so you can workout while keeping your baby close. You'll receive 6 guided in-person or live workouts, complemented by an easy-to-follow at home program to practice between sessions.

I will guide you step-by-step through effective exercises that promote core strength, postural improvement, and overall recovery. Whether you're newly postpartum or looking to regain confidence and strength, this program is tailored not your individual needs and goals.
